Support - simple in nature and implementation
Every now and then, a technical problem rears its head. With technology, it’s like things breakdown when you most need them.
Remote support may be initialized right from your desktop, or by sending your IT team an email. We’ll jump on it right away.*

Travel to and from your premises is included with your subscription. We understand that not all things take hours to solve, and as such - we won’t bill you that way either. Increments of 15 minutes are billed to your plan while attending to any software or non-hardware related matter you’ve requested assistance with.
With hardware, we need to be more thorough to ensure proper operation and efficiency of our work. We therefore bill by the hour or any part thereof when it comes to anything hardware related.
Any plan covers you per calendar month for the specified amount of hours (during business hours)
Ran out of hours? Inform your accounts manager on how many hours a technician is allowed to run over your plan. We don’t like surprise bills, and neither do you.
